I’ll guess more traffic and a residential property tax hike.

These tax break incentives need to die

Taxes for everybody but Tesla. The factory is out by COTA, so it won’t mean that much more traffic for me, but let the gentrification of Del Valle begin. The traffic I worry about will be coming from the new Amazon fulfillment warehouse east of Pflugerville.

Yes. They do.

Del Valle schools didn’t need those tax dollars anyway.

They’re supposed to start delivering those ugly ass trucks next year, so I imagine they will be building big tents first, and the factory, if it ever really gets built, will come in a year or two. Or three.

Not while I'm still holding Tesla stock, they don't.

Let’s hope it won’t be another British Leyland.

And what’s also coming are lots of articles about how they managed a profit in Q2 2020.

I’ll take a side bet they ship no trucks TO REAL CUSTOMERS in 2021...
They’ll likely do that TM3 Stunt where they deliver 100 cars to people who look suspiciously like Tesla employees, trade “high fives”, then wheel the cars back into the factory to finish the design.

I wouldn’t be surprised. I’ll believe the jobs and the 10 year stay when I see it.

Will you at least reveal when you punch out?
Because the pattern (it was this way the last time it crashed hard, BTW) is that the big institutions always get out before the bad news... usually it’s the individuals holding the bag.

I only own seven shares. I think the politicians also tend to get out while the getting's good.
